Ignacio was our tech. He was on time and efficient. I was worried that our new couch was ruined because dog urine had soaked into the foam couch cushion. He cleaned the entire sofa plus removed the foam from the cover and treated it. Everything dried and I'm happy to report the smell is gone and my couch is good as new.

Great job, we needed to get our home sanitized because we had a immuno-compromised relative that unexpectedly needled to stay with us. I called Chem-Dry of Bexar County on a Friday and they were able to accommodate us with an appointment the following Monday. Our technician was scheduled to arrive between 1pm and 3pm and he actually arrived 20 minutes before 1pm. Our carpet is not only clean and sanitized, it also smells great! We will most definitely book Chem-Dry again and highly recommend this business.

The technician was extremely competent and knew Every detail of the carpet cleaning process as well as carpet sanitation. He texted before arriving and thoroughly inspected all areas of carpet cleaned and treated. Ignacio was very knowledgeable,polite and professional. My carpets look brand new again! I loved that he took the time to explain the entire process!

I spoke with a rep Julie regarding grout and tile cleaning for 3 bathrooms, a laundry room as well as a small area that needed attention for pet order.
I specifically requested the shower and all tiled areas cleaned. When the technician came to take a look and confirm the price I asked again about each area to confirm and was told the price $420… included all areas. The tech watched me get everything out of the shower and proceeded to clean each areas of the floors that had tile. When he was done I mentioned he forgot the shower and was told it was a separate price of $199 and that it was

Excellent, quality service. He worked on 3 bedrooms for over 3 hrs. We have numerous dogs & stains on our carpets. They will show you before & after with a black light where the stains are. Once cleaned it shows them completely gone! I’ve even gone back 1 & 3 months later with a black light to just check. The one new spot from my puppy showed up… slightly but no others. I’ve used them several times now & am extremely happy with the outcome! I highly recommend this method versus renting a machine or hiring a company that just spreads water onto the carpet. This
