After having renters in our house for four years, the tiles and grout on the kitchen floor and in the bathroom showers were in great need of cleaning. Vlad was the first to respond to my request for quote, offered a very affordable price, and was able to come clean the tiles and grout within a few days after my first reachout. He re-confirmed the price upon arrival and then had all the surfaces cleaned, sealed and dried in 3 hours. We needed a deep carpet clean, google reviews highlighted LAVTY, so we've decided to try. Amazing experience from the first call in which Vlad patiently went over the details and gave a rough estimation to the amazing results. Once we scheduled, he sent all the details of how to prepare the house. Today he was on time with a mask, he surveyed the house going thru every detail, making sure we're on the same page. He gave an exact quote and started. The team was Vlad and a staff. They worked for 3 hours as he promised and the result was amazing: All spots were gone - a new carpet that smells great

Great Service!! I sent Vlad pictures of my sectional and he quoted me a price via text. When he showed up, the project was larger than he thought and he realized he had mistakenly underquoted me. He DIDN'T try to change the price last minute, and he only charged me what he quoted! Thats what I call ethical business practices! Vlad showed up when he said he would, did a great job on my sectional, and was incredibly professional. I will use him again and would recommend him to anyone.

I called to get an estimate. I was asking what process they use and how much for the 3 rooms, hall and stairs. They advertise on their website special for 3 rooms and stairs you get a free hall for $129 but when I asked for the special he said "only if the rooms are 10x10". I said that was somewhat deceptive advertising and they should change the website to be a bit more clear and he hung up on me! How rude. If that is how little they value customers, I would not trust them with my precious home.

Wonderful service and it is no surprise this company has 5 stars. Vlad was so easy to get a hold of and quick responses. He even accepts Venmo payment which is great in 2021 :-) We had him do one room today to remove stains and we've already scheduled him to return to do our whole apartment when we move out. Would highly recommend!

Vlad was very professional from my first call to my actual appointment. I explained what service I needed over the phone and he came prepared and on time. I especially liked the UV light inspection he gave my sectional to determine if I needed additional solution for spot treatment. Him and his wife worked very hard, non-stop, and accommodated additional services we needed that was not part of my initial service request (area rug & ottoman). Sad to give this a 1 star. Rude response for asking if I'm able to do it at a certain price since my apartment only has carpet in the bedroom. "If it's to expensive, don't waste my time, thanks". The price isn't an issue, I simply asked if they're able to make an exception to adjust it. Simply wanted my carpets cleaned since my dog may have brought a flea in my home.

I am very happy with the services Vlad of Lavty Cleaning performed today. He was very professional. Walked me through each spot and his recommendations for treating it. I had two bedrooms, carpets about 6yrs old and really should be replaced but I decided to get them cleaned. They look great. Not new but for the carpet life, they look great. Vlad also was sure to lay out floor and corner protectors so none if my other floors and corners were damaged. I highly recommend Vlad!

Latvy worked close to miracle! I just moved into this house and the stone floors and grout were just horrible. Now it seriously looks like a whole new floor. I am.amazed.

We've tried a lot of carpet companies before. We recently purchased a house that had 30-year-old white carpets. It even had carpets in the bathroom. They went above and beyond our expectations. I cannot believe how good it looks. The owner was meticulous at cleaning the carpets and made sure to always communicate with me during the process. The pricing was straightforward and they showed me the pet friendly cleaners they were going to use. They also didn't excellent job on the tile. We were planning to replace our carpets in a year. Now I'm thinking we just keep them for a few years
