Love love, love this company. Always incredibly professional, thorough, and just nice to work with. Today was more of the same - called about some concerns with our heating and they made time for me same day. Keith was on time, explained everything, was very cordial, and took notes and photos of everything he did. Honest, courteous, amazing from the get go. Unit froze up because of a leak, and the fan quit intermittently, our unit is old so we knew replacement was coming. We got quotes from 4 other companies Veterans was the best price and value. They also made sure the unit they quoted was in stock. They provided window units till the installation was complete, wore shoe covers when they brought us the window units and were super kind to my wife. Very professional.

I honestly cannot say enough about how awesome this company is. They have taken care of me for about 3 years now and they have never ever disappointed me. That is a massive accomplishment because I'm a little picky. Always on time. Super knowledgeable.
