Ola arrived on time, was friendly and courteous, and provided service in a professional manner. He was attentive to my concerns about a return issue which he promptly addressed and corrected. The weather prevented him from servicing the outside unit during my morning appointment but he kept me posted and returned later the same day. He takes pride in his work and company, is knowledgeable, and offers helpful suggestions. I will be requesting Ola for future appointments.

I continue to be impressed by the level of professionalism and excellence! And in today’s society -it’s those little things that are really the big things that make me a loyal customer: shoe booties to protect my flooring, being on time, communication of arrival and issues/ no issues, and a high level of caring about my comfort! Each maintenance visit I have a different technician, but it’s the same high-level of customer service that I have come to expect and appreciate from atlas. Ola came out yesterday 3/17. He came on time, diagnosed the problem and explained exactly what was going on in a way that was easy enough for me to understand. I appreciated the fact that I was able to get service the same day I called and for a reasonable price. I’ll definitely be using Atlas again as I also signed up for the service contract with Ola as well.

Fantastic service!! We just bought a home and had a problem with the duct work. Our real estate agent suggested Atlas, and we were very pleased with the company from the appointment setting, to the professionalism of the technicians that came to fix our issue. I don't think you can beat their pricing for servicing units. Very professional and thorough, friendly and in relation to current events with Covid both Tyler and Pat who came to my house wore masks and booties
Pre appointment reminder emails and texts were also very informative . They did their best to make sure expectations were set properly and other things like making sure the unit is off with fan on so they don't arrive to a frozen unit that can't be worked on wasting time and your money.

Scheduling my appointment was like a mini troubleshooting session, they gave me more suggestions and tips than some companies give with an actual appointment. I was so pleased with their customer service on the phone, it put me at ease and made me feel like they cared about me and my family.
For the actual appointment, the two repairman were prompt and friendly...they score extra points with me for putting on booties before walking around my house! They took the time to show me which part was broken and

We don't normally give businesses five stars, as you may know. To put it simply "no ones perfect". However, occasionally you have a business that just rises above the norm in either service or cost or both and this is one of those rare occasions. We received a couple of Nest Thermostats for Christmas and we were in the process of installing them over the weekend when we ran into a problem with power (specifically the RH wire was not registering power). These guys were amazing. My HVAC went out on a hot July Thursday night. I called Friday morning to see if anyone could come by. Joe came by later on Friday afternoon and checked my system out. He was honest with his assessment and very courteous and professional. He was able to get a replacement unit ordered right before the warehouse closed. He said everything would be changed out, installed, and inspected by noon the next day. Saturday morning Brandon arrived and set to work taking out the old unit and replacing it with the new unit. The owner did change his reply message to me on Google Reviews to attempt to correct the situation or at least remove some of the inaccurate information which I discussed in this post. This reply is significantly more professional than the original one and I appreciate the professionalism.
He contacted me on Facebook. During this Facebook chat, we were finally able to discuss like reasonable adults in relative detail the situation going back two years ago, which he then removed the false review he left for my therapy business

These guys were highly recommended, and now I know why. From the initial call to inquire and set an appointment to the actual service date, they had been very honest and accommodating. The technician, James, was awesome at what he does. He did not only arrived earlier than the appointed time, but also made sure to let me know and waited until I got to the property location. Expeditiously worked on the unit, fixed the problem that two other companies missed, and he made sure that I would not have any problem anytime soon. Service charges and fees were more reasonable than the other two companies

I was very impressed with the service I received. I called Atlas due to an emergency outage I had with my air conditioning unit at my rental property. They were there when they said they would be, actually they called to see if they could come earlier which was great because my tenant did not have air conditioning. I thought the price was good for the work they did. Also their invoice is very detailed for work completed and what they suggest for the future of the unit. I also hired them to do some additional repairs to my unit. They kept in good contact and were very accommodating considering
