My Bride and I had called two other heat and air companies to come give us an estimate. Both came only one provided us with an estimate and it was through the roof and the other never gave us a price. We called B & E Heating and Air on the way to a doctor's appointment and Brian Williams met us at the house at noon and provided a reasonable estimate on the spot. His installation crew arrived at 9:30 a.m. the next morning and was completed by noon. All the staff I dealt with and the installers were very professional. I'll recommend them to anyone. I’ll caveat this review by noting that I’ve used B&E for both my home and business for the past 2.5yrs and while their customer service can be lacking depending on the technician you speak with, their service has always been timely and well done.
However, we recently had an incident concerning a B&E employee who brought along an unauthorized person, which led to some of my power tools going missing.

My furnace was dripping water thru my smoke detector. Tech Bobby came to my house said that the drip pan needed to move over to the right to catch the water. So he brought 3 more guys the next day to help relocate the drip pan at the bottom from the left to the right

These guys were great. They removed all the old HVAC system and installed the new one with no issue. Our old system was from 1994 and really needed to be replaced. In the picture you can see the old compressor and fan assembly sitting next to the new Carrier one. The new one is way more silent and smaller but pumps out better. They re-did the exhaust and the intake from the house, installed a pump for clearing out the condensation water. All of the guys were very nice and very informative. I will be going back to them for any upkeep needed.

I needed a new thermostat and my ac unit (2 years old) wasn't cooling properly either. Guy named Todd came out charged me $85 just to come to my house, $85 for labor and $138 for the thermostat. He said it may take up to 12-24 hours for it to regulate the temperature in my house. Apparently he just assumed it was only my thermostat because he didn't even bother to check the unit's cooling coil seeing as how it wasn't cooling properly or even blowing air out the vents as stated in my original complaint to Todd. After 4 days of no change from my original problem I called back and 2 service techs

I highly recommend their service! The technician (Jonathan) was a rockstar and the prices were very reasonable. I was amazed at how fast I received service and how knowledgeable and friendly the technician was. He explained everything he was doing along with prices before he did anything. I am extremely happy with the service. i called at 6pm after returning home to a broken air conditioner and got service and repair that night. I wish I could go be a ten star rating!

I had a new unit installed over 2 years ago and have not had a problem since. When the guys came out, they were polite, professional and fast. The price was very reasonable and I have been saving money on my power bill! I have them out every year to clean my air conditioner and they are always very friendly. I highly recommend B & E Heating & Air.
