Zero complaints. Very efficient with both diagnosing the problem and fixing it quickly. Spartan is contracted through my apartment complex. My AC went out the Friday prior to memorial day. So I was without AC until the following Tuesday. (Not Spartans fault!) The gentleman that came out to rescue me and my dogs and cat from the oppressive heat was fantastic. I highly recommend. And if there is an emergency involving your AC during a holiday, they do have someone on call to come out!!

My A/C went out on Friday afternoon about 3:30. I called Spartan and they said that they had a techninian that was almost finished with his last appointment close to me. Within the hour he was there. His name was David and he was friendly & knowledgeable. It had a blown fuse that he replaced but he refused to leave till he found out what had blow the fuse and fixed it. I believe he went above and beyond what most servicemen would have done. Good job Spartan Man!

AC was not working and needless to say it was one of the hottest days of the season. Found Spartan by using Google and they were nearby. They were very professional and friendly from the initial phone conversation to the completion of the job. The technician arrived on time, diagnosed the issue, took the time to explain why I was having the issue. I recommend this company.

I have used Spartan for regular maintenance of my HVAC system, and recently needed to replace my fan motor. Unfortunately, the replacement part went bad within a month, but Spartan was very prompt in coming out to look at it and fix it. Management called the next day to make sure everything was working well. It's hard to find that level of customer service! I highly recommend them.

Technician did not come off as very experienced and was on the phone half the time (2 hour visit) dealing with his employer or asking questions. Was quoted $800 for a repair job that another company came out a few days later and fixed in 30 minutes during a normal tune up. Seems like a trustworthy and honest company but I definitely recommend getting a second opinion from a larger company before agreeing to any work.

Mr. David Thompson went to my parents’ house and fixed their a/c unit. He was very thorough, professional, and prompt. He went in the attic and fixed the condensers as well as the outside unit. It is hard to find a company I trust to go into my elderly parents’ home, but I would highly recommend Spartan. My Dad and Mom have had no more problems since it has been fixed. I won’t hesitate to call them in the future.
