Don't ever use this company. Very good at taking your money, not very good at managing customer expectations. Took them 8 weeks longer than expected (we were told 6 weeks and it took almost 15 weeks to get our awning installed). We took the awning down for the hurricane and they told us it would be a week to get it back up. Every week they tell us "One more week" but never give us a day. Now they've told us that we're on a list, but have no idea when the awning will be restrung.
