then came apart in the Sun. Cost me over $6000. What a waste of Money
I have purchased two Awning from this Company 1 Lasted Way over 10 Years
But the Second one was Junk Very Thin Vinyl. Save Your Money and Purchase
aluminium Pergola or Something Else. Using a Fabric or Vinyl Awning in South Florida Balazing Sun and Hurricane Wind is just Stupid. Lesson Learned.

We decided against using this firm since we found a competitor with much lower prices who was eager for our business. Moreover, they insist on adding a surcharge for credit card payments. This is an illegal practice in this state as Florida Statute 501.0117 specifies that businesses may not tack on additional charges for use of credit cards but may only offer discounts for cash/check payments.

So displeased with the customer service AFTER services were rendered! They were so pleasant and willing to work with my crazy schedule to get the awnings up end of July, early August. (I purchased 1 front and 1 back awning May 30th, 2017 for the cost of $900, however due to my traveling schedule it took about a month for us to coordinate a date that worked for me; which they knew upon accepting the job and I appreciated.)
