Contacted Delray Awning fo replace the awnings on my commercial building on Federal Highway. They were very easy to work with and had competitive pricing. That aside they delivered high quality awnings with excellent service. They were also very good with my ever changing installation schedule. Would highly recommend them.

Jay and his staff are recommended. The initial install was done efficiently and well. We noticed something was loose (we could see a screw) and someone came out to fix it within 36 hours. In rainy South Florida weather! Color me very impressed by this company who immediately responds with kind customer service AND effective solutions.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY! They have the absolute worst customer service of any company we have ever dealt with!!! They are very friendly and timely when you want to buy something new but if you want service after you paid them for the awning they are horrible. They are so busy they couldn't care less. The owner is rude and treats his current customers like he is doing you a favor. When we asked his company not to reinstall a VERY dirty awning after waiting months for the install he told us to find someone else, dropping off the awning filthy and without a way to put it back. I cannot stress this

It seems we had one unhappy customer after the Hurricane Matthew threat Oct. 2016. After the influx of service work generated from the impending threat that the Hurricane may hit us, our company had over 400 awnings taken down in preparation, and precaution, of the very large storm. Thank goodness the storm wobbled off of its predicted course, but after the threat had passed, we still had the 400+ awnings to reinstall.
