All of our products are assembled in the USA of durable "Marine Grade" European and American Materials, since 1981. Not all brands of awnings or screens are equal.
The Gen 4000 line is constructed of extremely heavy duty materials to withstand the rigors of tough weather and very long widths, up to 40 feet. I had a great experience with Solarus and would recommend Ryan (sales guy) to my friends and neighbors in a heartbeat. After having a not so good experience shopping for a motorized awning for our home that takes a beating with the afternoon sun (spoke with owner at Buzzman) who was very arrogant, I called Solarus. Anyway, Ryan came out to our house answered all my questions, worked with me on price and their install team came out once awning came in and installed a beautiful motorized awning that we love!

We had retractable screens installed on our patio a few years ago and are completely satisfied with the product and the service.
With the motorized screens, we have the best of both worlds: an unobstructed view of our backyard when we are not outside, and bug-free use of our patio for relaxing and dining.
The materials and products are high quality. And, even more importantly, Tony and his team, including Jeremy and Ryan, provide superior service. We appreciate dealing with people who care about their customers.
After a few years of use, we had a minor problem with one of our screens.

We just had our awning installed and we couldn't be happier!. Ryan made us feel very comfortable in choosing Solarus USA to fabricate and install our awning.
