I first want to say Scott is one of the best service advisor I have delt with in my time in and out of the automotive field. He was extremely helpful in getting me updated information on parts and progress of repair of my 2017 sierra. Every two days he would call my phone. "We got this in today" "waiting for this but should be here later" "we found the issue parts are being ordered". it was nice to see that somone cared about my vehicle getting done and kept me in mind.

Brought my 2011 LaCrosse in to have recall work done. Work was done as needed however vehicle was dropped off and picked up later same day with almost 400 miles driven by Jo Dan Buick. After 2 emails asking why I still have yet to receive an answer. Will not go back here. Seems they don't have an explanation.

Not my first time there and always greeted warmly. Bought my Buick Regal GS there when it was Sun Buick but rarely used there services. Technicians knowledgeable and found problems that another garage said were brake issues (wheel bearing worn). Tell technicians what is happening and they listen, then make sure problem is fixed.

I was online looking for different dealerships and what inventory they had. Came across Jo-Dan and they happen to have a truck that I was looking for. Figured I would give them a call to see if the truck I was interested in was still available then realized it was 5 minutes before they closed. Figured I would just listen to the ring and have no one pick up that late on a Saturday.
Mike answered the phone and didn’t make me feel like I was a hassle when I knew I was being one. Listened to my trade details and took note and gave me information on the truck I was looking at. Woke up Monday morning

Recently purchased a new Buick from Jo-Dan in Moosic. Couldn't have had a much easier transaction. I worked with Matt on the sale of the new SUV and he was a pleasure to deal with. Everyone I spoke and dealt with were also very nice....John, Nick, Mike, etc. They were all very friendly and welcoming. My wife also commented on how nice everyone was and how we didn't feel pressured like we have at other dealerships. Although I did not purchase my new car here, the staff went above and beyond for me. My schedule is very tight, so I showed up unannounced or almost at 8pm when they were closing. Yep, I was that person.. lol... but they were so kind and generous and informative on everything I needed. Our sales rep, Lauren, was phenomenal. She was so cute, down to Earth, and really wanted the best for us. It saddened me to go with another car, but it was such a close call! And if I could have chosen a car based on service, they would have won 1000X over!!! Lauren spent over two hours with us and answered

Reached out to this dealership for some prices on a new car had to keep calling and emailing them to get back to me. never one time returned call or emailed me with info or pricing. found that to be very unprofessional and independent to not get back to a potential

I was very happy with the service I received here, and even more pleased with the vehicle I purchased! I bought a used '08 Chevy Equinox which looked practically brand new! I was a little nervous about traveling over an hour and a half to look at the car, but it was VERY worth it.
I was very happy with how easy it was to communicate with Kit, the women in charge of the online inventory. She was very fast to get back to me with any questions.
