First off he was SUPER confident in what he was talking about, Which in return made me feel comfortable in buying a new car. He never left me longer then 1 min at a time normally buy a car and they go to leave you sitting out there, that did not happen w him!

A very close relative of mine who is currently fighting cancer, thought it would be great to buy a Renegade. You know, something cute and easy for her commutes to her appointments. After having her Jeep Renegade a month, it's now throwing six (6) different codes. They're refusing to fix and or make right on the dealerships end. I highly recommend looking elsewhere since they take advantage of people who are already being dealt enough BS in Life.

Let me just start off by saying the staff is very friendly and helpful! I went and and was seen right away. My sales man Joey was very kind and informative, listen to what I wanted and my price range, the process was very fast since I was on a time limit. I would recommend Kia Performance to anyone looking for a car. Great experience!

Drove 45+ minutes to get there.
Left work early.
Sat for 2+ hours waiting on paperwork.
They do not live up to their advertising deals of 5k over trade in value nor do they give you a vehicle trade in value at all !
I called prior and clearly explained my financial situation (which i know is rough) and was assured they could absolutely help me. They never even gave me an offer on my trade in. They took a pic of the miles and vin, ran my credit and sent me on my way. The sales guy was nice i will say, but the false hope they give people to get them in the door is discouraging to say the least
