My A/C would not cool below 78 degrees. I tried several thing to find the problem but it was not in my wheel house to repair. My neighbor highly recommended Accurate Air. I called and Paul was able to be here within 2 hours (he had two people before me). Paul immediately got to work and realized Freon was low and found two leaks.
I am so pleased with the professionalism and timeliness of Accurate Air and Paul.
I would highly recommend! Also, he gave me a military discount.

Excellent service! Claim placed through home warranty. Tech called ahead and showed up on time. He explained what was needed, even sent photos for the Landlord. I had a great experience with Accurate Air Conditioning and Heating Inc. My a/c quit providing cool air during the weekend. I placed a claim with my home warranty company and was assigned to Accurate. Paul answered my call in the weekend and was able to schedule an appointment on Tuesday. He spent a 1/2 hour thoroughly testing the thermostat and air handler unit in our condo, as well as the fan unit outside. He determined the problem, replaced the thermostat, and found another issue with the outside unit switch being able able to automatically switch between heat and cool modes. He did not have

They were out June 5th to check our air via our warranty company, HMS Warranty. He told us our filters were clogged and we just needed to replace them, then everything would work fine. We replaced the filters that day. Less than two weeks later, we were having problems again. We have called four or five times and not received a call back. It is unbearably hot in our home, we have young children who are becoming heat exhausted, and this unacceptable.
