I had a very bad leak on my ceiling. I had a roofer come over said he fixed it and next time it rained was still leaking. Had another roofer come said don't worry idk what he did but it didn't work either. I called my public adjuster and he recommended a guy named Tom who was some sort of network partner to look at my leak. Tom and Jerry came to take a look and they told me I needed a chase cover and a flash seal. 1 week later the part arrived and they installed it in a few hours amd did some flash sealing.
NO MORE LEAKS . Got my ceiling fixed and I can now sleep at night.
