Unfortunately, one of my boxes was lost while using RT Relocation to move from CT to FL. I had opted for the full insurance, but when I reported the box missing and they were unable to locate it, they denied my claim. The customer service representatives were all very nice, but that does not change the fact that I no longer have any shoes or compensation for the missing box. I wish I had a better experience with RT relocation during my move, but I did not and therefore I can't recommend them to you. Good luck with your move!

Hired for a simple local move of items from a full 5x15 storage unit to a 3rd floor apartment. The staff was professional and courteous and helped arrange a quick turnaround to schedule the job. The moving crew did a phenomenal job as well, they called to see if they could start earlier than the quoted morning window and were fast and efficient with completing the job. Even though my move wasn’t an overly complex one they exceeded my expectations and I would absolutely recommend their services.

RT relocation made our local move a seamless, wonderful transition. From the first phone call I made to inquire about cost, to scheduling, to the day of the move itself, everything was done professionally and with expertise. We especially appreciated Michael and his crew who helped pack our breakables and move us into our new home. They even overcame some challenging obstacles with putting our washer and dryer in through a window in order to fit them where they needed to go. Not an item was damaged, the guys worked hard and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Can’t recommend

I would recommend RT Relocation. They were on time and the crew was friendly and knew what they were doing. They wrapped all the furniture and didn’t break anything. Plus they were patient and helpful configure our furniture to our new home. My wife and I have moved many times in the last 40yrs. This was the first time the move cost less then the estimate. With that being said they do have a 7 hr. Minimum witch hurt me since my move was only 6 hrs. But they were up front about it so I can’t complain. It seems like all the moving companies are doing that now. (Witch doesn’t make it right)

The movers were early for the day. Efficient and got right to work. They wrapped furniture carefully and took great care loading the furniture in the truck. The truck and equipment was well maintained and clean. The two men were pleasant, polite and professional. I had great concern moving my grandmother's antique dining room set and it was handled with great care.
I would recommend using this company for any move. The price way fair and all costs were discussed and agreed upon before the move started.

My husband and I had to find a mover in a pinch and we found RT from a simple Google search. So thankful we found them! Jim S. was beyond helpful and compassionate regarding our situation. We thought we had a full week to move so we originally asked RT to just move large furniture. Fast forward a week later which was a little less than a week… before our move, we had an issue with the closing on our home and had to do a simultaneous move from one home to another (a nightmare!). Jim and his team immediately adapted to our circumstance and helped us move an entire home to meet our timeline

RT Relocation provided exceptional moving services in our move to North Carolina. The staff are professional, pleasant and very careful. The estimator was very close to the estimated cost. Our furniture includes many antique pieces. All of the furniture was handled with extreme care. Our mirrors were crated, our televisions individually boxed and our breakables were well wrapped. We had NO broken or lost items. (Not totally done unpacking!) We definitely recommend RT Relocation for any move!

RT Relocation turned a very stressful day into an easy move, with the meticulous way in which they wrapped my furniture and protected the house by using runners and other materials to ensure that would be no damage to the property. Was referred to RT from a friend and was not disappointed. They were quick to respond to questions and very affordable. On the day of the move, showed up on time, did a short walk through and got to work. They treated everything with care and left no marks on the walls.
