Last week, Robert and George installed a new water heater and did an outstanding job. Prior to the installation, they kept me informed with texts on arrival time. Once they arrived, they clearly explained the plan. During installation, they kept me informed of progress and showed me the results of their work. They explained how the unit worked and answered all my questions. They were professional, personal, communicative, and thorough. I've used them three times over the past couple of years and have always been impressed with their professionalism. This last time was due to the recent winter storm, I ended up with a damaged hot water pipe in my attic. Omar and his helper came out, assessed the damage and came back a couple of days later once they able to acquire the parts needed for the job. They replaced about 15 feet of galvanized pipe with pex and repaired an outdoor hose bib that had busted. Good job guys!

We called Peter’s when our toilet tank stop filling with water. It was a couple of weeks after the February winter storm and plumbers were in very high demand. A plumber came out the next morning and quickly replaced the flush valve and flapper. The plumbing company we had used previously said they couldn’t come out until 2 weeks at the earliest. Peter’s is our choice for now on.

I can't say enough about Peter's Plumbing. During the recent winter storm here in Texas I had a pipe burst in my ceiling that needed repaired. George was able to come out as soon as he could on a Saturday and I was blown away with his professionalism and knowledge. Fixed the issue easily and went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of before he left.

The two guys were wonderful! They replaced my old kitchen faucet in no time! I called a couple of places before and they wanted money just to go see if the leak i had was the faucet or something else; even when i told them I just wanted a faucet replacement. Hard to actually give a review since they never showed up! Spoke to someone in the morning about the plumbing problem at my home. He said he would be able to come that same day between 3:00 & 5:00 pm. At 5:30 pm, I sent a text message and never heard back from them. Needless to say, I was a bit upset. I wasted all day waiting on Peter's Plumbing to show up! Next time, I'll call several plumbers, and the one that shows up first gets the job!!! Of course, I will never call Peter's again! I'd advise anyone to not call them either!

I walked in my garage this morning to find my 13 year old water heater leaking. I call Peter’s Plumbing and they had someone at my house within an hour. The 2 gentlemen who showed up did a wonderful job replacing my hot water heater. The work was done quickly and they were friendly & professional, plus the cost was very reasonable. I will definitely call this company for all future plumbing needs. I really appreciate how quickly they got here and took care of everything. Very professional! I had to replace my kitchen faucet due to a leak and they did it in no time. I bought a faucet that didn't fit my sink but they found a way to use it. Very happy with the service. Have used Peter’s plumbing several times. We woke up in the middle of Sunday night with a backed up toilet that wasn’t responsive to the plunger. Called Peter the next morning and he came around very quickly to fix the problem by cleaning out all the drain lines under the house. He is very responsive, customer oriented and charges a fair price for his work. We have always been happy with Peter and Omar’s work and will continue to recommend Peters Plumbing to others!

We had a leak under our sink caused by the garbage disposal. I called Peter's Plumbing and was told to text them our address. They came out a couple of hours later and fixed the leak which turned out to be very minor. We paid them a nominal fee but they didn't want to charge us at all. The two guys who came (sorry, I don't remember their names) were very personable and polite. I will definitely use this company in the future if and when we need a plumber.

Very helpful and friendly. I had an issue with a water leak in my kitchen. Thinking it was a pipe leak I called Peter's Plumbing to have them come take a look. They arrived promptly to my residence and found out I had a major clog in my main drain line from the kitchen. The issue was taken care of within 3 hours of my phone call. We were surprised at midnight one night to find water leaking from our ceiling where our water heaters are located in the attic. Sure enough one of the water heaters had failed and water was overflowing. We called a different company first who walked us through what to do to get us through the night, but then quoted over $3000 to replace both water heaters.
