Should not get a star at all. Made an appointment, confirmed and then never showed. I don't know how they stay in business. I will call the company that recommended them and tell them NOT to recommend Better Pool Service

James is amazing! We had a pool pump emergency very late in the day on a holiday week and he came out within an hour when no one else would. He fixed a very very major problem at an unbelievably affordable price and even cleaned the pool out for us. I was desperate for the pool to get fixed and never did this company takes advantage of the situation. We will be customers for life!! They are a must must must use. I don’t think you can get this level of professional service and response time any where else!

I can't stress strongly enough how great Better Pools' service and responsiveness are. Furthermore, the personnel are extremely professional - a breath of fresh air after past service providers I've used. These guys show up on time, get the cleaning and chemical balances right, as well as being there ASAP if something goes awry. In my case, my son shot an arrow through the liner at just below the pool line, potentially ruining the season for us. Better Pools had it fixed in a day. They also worked in the cold to mend my pool cover late in the season. Hire this company.

I've dealt with Better Pool Services for 17 plus years. I had water issues, the same day I called they were at my home treating my pool with chemicals...expert results. I had a hole in my liner......same day I called they were there to perform the repair. I needed my filter relocated along with all of the piping, valves, etc. a more perfect job could not have been done. We were really amazed when they removed the old and installed our new liner and the price could not have been BETTER!

Doug and Carl from Better Pool Service did a fantastic job replacing my in-ground pool liner and installing LED lights in the pool. They worked closely with my landscaper to ensure the new patio and pool work were completed in a timely and professional manner. They were very responsive when I emailed, called or text them. I will continue to work with them and highly recommend Better Pool Service for all aspects of pool work.
