Went on a Saturday when they were supposed to be open- but they weren't! One lone worker in the back volunteered to call the boss and he was there in 30 mins and could not have been nicer. He even gave me a quote within minutes with no hassle. I haven't used this firm yet so it is hard to give them 5 stars but if their customer service is any indication, I think they could earn five stars. The other could that was there with us had also commented about how they had been impressed buy their service and prices.

All I can say about the Awning Company is that they are AWESOME. We had our canopy installed by our landscape company in 2017. We were not the original purchaser. We had some deterioration due to sun and salty ocean air of San Clemente. We called them. They were very responsive. Took care of our issues with no problem. Showed up on time. Can't say enough nice things about them.

The installation day came as promised and the installers were very professional and super courteous.
Michael's crew, Oscar, JR and Mario were very clean and organized. After a bit of Michael's engineering they finally found the best electrical solution for the esthetics of the space. Michael was very patient and reassuring during the whole process. I would rate the installation team very highly as far as customer service and I am super pleased with the final product.

Just FYI for all shipping these guys, after a total of 10 days waiting for a quote, I finally get a response from Tim the salesman today. Let's just go back to the day he came to my home to do a quote, I have 3 areas where I requested a quote. One for a fixed cabana, one for a retractable awning, and one where I was looking for a solution of either fixed or retractable. Off the bat, Tim seemed put out to be at my home. He tried to reschedule me on the same day and I had other commitments but accepted an earlier time nonetheless. Tim barely does an adequate job measuring and seems genuinely

I just had my second order installed from the Awning Company. I had them install two awning in the front of my home about 1 year ago. Mike Beck was my sales guy. I had a minor issue with some stitching but it was revised promptly. Because they were accountable and the awnings look great, I thought I would contact them again.
Mike came out and measured for an awning over my upstairs bedroom balcony. Same fabric. They finished the job in 6 weeks after rain and holidays. I am very pleased.

I recently hired this company to install a very specific decorative item on my house in San Diego.
