I am quite unhappy with the office side of this company. We have been very proactive of coordinating with Superior Awning with our order for a metal awning for a commercial project; however, they are not being responsive nor provide a firm date. I am getting the "we'll get back to you loop" where I follow up with them weekly with the same...

Superior awning recently installed a retractable awning and a motorized roll down screen on our back patio. They did a beautiful job.
The workmen were excellent and conscientious. They cleaned up made everything very nice. They were on time.

Superior send Devon out quickly for a thorough consultation and gave me options I didn't realize existed. I'm excited to have them come complete the project. I just got a callback from another competitors awning company who cancelled tomorrow's appointment that they set with me weeks ago. I'm not sure about the final result at this time but Superior seems to have a better oiled machine from my current perspective. If anything changes I'll be sure to update my review.

The team at Superior Awning couldn't have been more accommodating with a quick, reasonable quote and installers on site to put up our awning the very next week. The installers did a beautiful job and couldn't have been more pleasant and respectful. EXCELLENT customer service. Our big, beautiful awning was up in a matter of days. This was the first time that we used Superior Awning, but it most certainly won't be the last! We highly recommend Superior Awning!!

Some challenges this year in a quicker delivery due to availability of quality outsourcing, but Regina was honest with me about the issues and kept in contact.
I value those kinds of ethics and their desire to give the customer the best product possible.
The installers were very polite, accommodating and respectful of our property, while doing an excellent job.
We are very pleased with the finish on the metal awning and look forward to years of sustainability

The team at Superior Awning has been amazing from the start. They installed 3 shades around our property last year and we have been extremely happy with the results. The shades look nice (we've gotten compliments from neighbors across the way, provide great shade, and haven't worn at all.

After shopping around I came across superior awning. They were responsive when I requested a quote and I was able to get an appointment within that week. The customer service was great from the office to the sales representative. The installers took their time to make sure everything was perfect. Cons: slightly rude and disrespectful as I was trying to figure out the best shade option for our yard. The point of the consultation was to have them come see the space and help guide with options to achieve our goals. Gave one option. Was rude when asked about alternate configuration/option. Told me he would get back with a quote and plans and never did. No follow up at all.
Thank goodness I had another consultation set up with another company. Got Shade. So impressed with their professionalism, expertise and patience

After some initial delays and issues, the company responded quickly and decisively with a very reasonable remedy.
The end result is just what we hoped for - a simple, clean and elegant look that's also highly functional. The awnings on the front of the house do a great job blocking the harsh afternoon sun and the ones over the doors will provide a dry entry during the rainy season.
I'll also point out just how great the installation crews were - friendly and helpful, and always neat and tidy - they were consummate professionals. In particular
