Troy is awesome! I wanted someone to clean my awnings, not someone to just hose them down. They were very dusty and dirty but when Troy finished they looked new! Troy is professional and meticulous, I will be scheduling annual cleaning now that I have found his service. His pricing was very reasonable.

Shade Pro is in Yuma every winter to sell to the snowbirds. But my experience has shown me that since I live in Yuma full time in a RV.. that I cannot get service at all on their faulty products once they go back to California..not until the snowbirds come back. I have lived full time in my RV for over 15 years. The original awning lasted me 13 years. I bought the best quality awning fabric from Shade Pro and in over 1 year the seam was coming apart. I called and emailed, sent pictures on June 4th and after. I was told no one could come out until fall. They have no one in Yuma to take care of emergencies

Used Shade Pros to clean and repair the awning at my restaurant. Troy was so great at communicating and answering all my questions in a timely manner! Troy came out today to clean our very dirty awning. He arrived at exactly the time we had agreed upon and started right to work. Our awning hadn't been cleaned in a few years, so I didn't have high hopes that it would clean well. To my surprise, it almost looks like new. Troy did an amazing job! I would have no qualms about recommending his service. I am very pleased with the job he did.

Just thrilled with the results of our awning cleaning. Never thought it could be cleaned. Troy did an outstanding job. He was very detailed, excellent customer service, timely and kept us informed as to his scheduled and arrival. He kept to his original quote which was very fair and low for what he provided. He was very knowledgeable on the products and offered many ideas on how to keep it clean and what to expect etc. Five star company all the way.
