We found this storage facility on line and brought our new RV there yesterday. Savannah and her brother AJ went above and beyond to get the trailer placed properly. We are absolute newbies to RVing and AJ actually fixed our hitch to allow proper positioning. In addition, they promised to pressurize the tires on the RV as one looked low. As I said, "Above and beyond."

I used this storage space for about a year. I didn't have any problems with the space or the people who work there. I really like the security of it. It's all fenced in and has alarms. It was easy for me to get to and kept all my things great. The only thing is it had spiders after a while but what space wouldn't? Five stars.

In reply to the review regarding "Shady Business Practices" - Bay Street Storage believes in professional business ethics and customer service.
The facts stated are simply not true. We charge $1.00 for postage and handling to send statments for billing. This is comparable to the industry standard.
Sending statments through email would be a manual process for us and can not be managed effectively.
Our late fees (after a very generous 10 day grace period) are $15 and are not 30% as stated.
