Secure It Self Storage

They NEVER have me proper Notice that they were selling my my unit 1222. That was all that I had left to remember my parents by, and without a care I'm the world they sold it. The ONLY notice I received was a month AFTER it happened. Do NOT use this storage facility.

I love the place i got a storage unit there keeps everything safe for me especially with my ex girlfriend being as problematic as she is a safe spot for my stuff is essential and this is about as safe as i can get it lol

This place has been nothing but great. Friendly staff. Helped us with a move up here from Los Angeles. Highly recommend them.

Don't put your stuff here. They don't work with you at all. We gave them a 7 day notice cause we were at the behest of our movers and they charged us for a full month. What a crock! I wouldn't recommend this place at all to anyone that is moving or needs storage. What is three days in the grand scheme of things? To me, working with a customer to reach a reasonable solution is the definition of good customer service; this place could use a little refresher in this department.

Only needed unit for a couple days and still had to pay full month price. $170 spent for 2 days! Unit was fine, but man what a rip.

This place is much less expensive than the guys right up the street! They do not require insurance like the place up the street and they are very accommodating. When I moved my stuff into the facility we had an 18 wheeler back down the side driveway which required them to close the office and have a manager come help. Thanks for your help!!

First off the office is super neat and clean, very warm welcome from the manager and his assistant. All questions I asked were answered, no hidden fees or anything and the facility itself is super clean as well! Super conveniently located, I really love that place and know my stuff is stored in a great place!

Oren is the best! I have never had better service in anything I have dealt with in my adult life. I rented a unit, and upon seeing that it wasn't enough, he alerted me of another opening up. Then I needed one more. Oren came to my rescue and got me another one. Then, another was needed. He called me the minute one was available. He is my hero, my knight in shining armor, absolutely AWESOME! Thank you Oren for having my back. You have become a good friend!

Oren (a Secure-it employee) is extremely professional and friendly, a great combination which made me feel comfortable in renting a 5 x 5 storage unit for my belongings, so I can travel for the next several months. Thanks Oren for your service! I look forward to repeat business.

The will constantly scam you into paying for another month. I never got any move in special and was not let out of my unit for many months although I tried to be. Give them notice and get it in writing. They are nice when you move in then it's straight hotel California.... Beware.

I had a 10' X 20" with them for about 2 years. Paid on time every month and was on a month to month lease. I gave the required 10 day notice that I was leaving and since I paid for two months this one time, asked for the one month payment of $198 to be refunded since I would not be in it and there was no lease. They said since I paid in advance I could not get the refund. What the hell does paying in advance have to do with it OTHER THAN now they have my money and they are in the cat bird seat to deny refund. Not illegal but very unethical since the proper notice was given and they

Yes, the location looks impressive, but the of the company should remove "Secure" from their name. We have an RV stored there for over a year, prices are ok, not the cheapest nor the most expensive either. The RV storage spots are narrow, our motorhome mirrors will not fit completely in between the lines. You better hope the people backing their trailers in are good or things could go wrong quickly.

But the real difficulty comes with the problem is that in less than 2 months our motorhome has been broken into 2 times. Yes, the staff have been nice about it but they have offered nothing
