I've been renting from Lyons for a couple years now. It's always clean and well-lit. The manager, Heather, is fabulous. Wonderful customer service! We had rented a storage unit for five months. Approximately 3 months we went to our unit and all our goods appeared to be ok. When we moved our goods out of our storage unit in early October, we noticed many of our goods missing including but not limited our washer and dryer,, BBQ, and Lawn Mower. We reported the theft to the storage office but did not receive any follow-up. The storage facility had a code to get in and out of the gate. Based on the evidence, someone was able to either pick our lock or someone had a master key to the unit. There is a huge security here and you should think twice
