I give 4 stars for 2 reasons.most important is being able to enter my unit 24/7.with lots of cameras and the koolest entry gate ! I feel secure and safe at any hour.3 stars for that.1 more star for easy rent start up.if you have credit card.if not.your screwed.but it was last minute so it was after hours..they aren't the cheapest and not in best spot(on freeway)for me anyway.dont know bout staff never met there...but love the gate.

We stored our new car at the Storage Shack and were very pleased with entire time it was there. The unit was spotless, kept our car dust free, and there was plenty of room for other items, too. We felt VERY strongly that our car would be safe in this company’s storage. The staff was helpful, professional and knew exactly what we needed. We highly recommend STORAGE SHACK!!!
