Omar and his team from the start were very knowledgeable and patience from the beginning. He explained everything from start to finish and everything he said was done. Amazing customer service!! I am so thankful I called this company today!! Our AC stopped working this afternoon and our house temperature kept going up a couple of degrees every hour. We called and scheduled a time for someone to come out first thing tomorrow morning, and then I got a text almost immediately after hanging up saying that someone could be at our house in 30 MINUTES!! The wonderful employee arrived and diagnosed/fixed the problem so quickly. And now, literally three hours after calling ABC, my house has cooled over 10 degrees. This company went above & beyond to remove the old A/C unit & installed a new A/C unit! Luis & Omar was amazing, with heat index at 108 degrees, they provided a portable A/C to keep the temp in the house tolerable. Very professional & amazing work. Would recommend ABC Austin Services Express anytime, they get the job done quickly. Within 90 minutes of complete installation, inside my house was a cool 70 degrees! Omar came out mid week, last minute, to help my parents with an AC unit that was not cooling anymore. My parents were hot, exausted from super high quotes and tired.
