This outfit was hired by my builder to insulate the house. They put only about 2/3 of the required insulation in the attic, piling it up at the visible ruler to make it look like it was the required depth of 13+ inches. The builder has made three appointments for them to come and blow in the rest of the insulation required, but they have not shown up and not called three times. By all means hire them if you think this is acceptable.
