We hired BathArt to refinish and repair an old bathtub in our fixer upper townhouse. The bathroom in question cleaned up nicely but the tub was was a mess with two deep dents and finish like a junk car. We were seriously considering redoing the whole bathroom just to have a new tub. A BathArt technician, Jacob, arrived promptly and after a quick briefing set to work. Later that afternoon when he finished, we couldn't believe it was the same tub. I looked for the dent repairs but couldn't find them it was so smooth. The new finish was perfect and had a beautiful shine. We couldn't complain about

Thanks BathArt Refinishing for the response. The issue is less of fraction of charges to redo the imperfections. It is more to do integrity and ability to follow through on the commitments. After the detailed pictures of the imperfections were sent for review, the initial response on 11/2 was 100% coverage under warranty (you can refer to the email chain). Two weeks later when the manager came to inspect, the response reverted and the blame was conveniently passed on to the plumber and long list of Ts & Cs were sent in the response. Very unfortunate that the customer service and quality experience

Horrible experience with this company. They dont care about their work, or their customers. All they want is your money. I had them quote me on a "standard tub" for $375. I guess I have a Jacuzzi tub not a standard tub. When they came to my house to do the job, the guy wanted another $100 from me. I didn't have it on me because I was only expecting… to pay $375. That was my budget and I had to have them leave, letting them know when I have the other $100 I will call them back and reschedule. When I called back to reschedule, they were very upset with me telling me I wasted their time and

Nate came to our home last Thursday to refinish a bath tub that had terrible stains on it. Nate arrived on time and was very friendly. He went right to work. He protected everything in the bathroom and the other rooms that he had to go through. The bathtub looks fantastic! Nate did a wonderful job and he was a pleasure to have in our home. What impressed me the most was his attention to detail and the way he protected everything in our home unlike other contractors with whom we have dealt in the past. Nate is a tremendous asset to your company.

This company was everything I was looking for, I was skeptical about the price they gave me over the phone as I did shopped around before and after calling them, the person on the phone was very professional and gave me a prompt appointment. My technician Josh was amazing, supper nice, came in on time, constantly cleaned after himself during and after the work. The end result was beautiful (see pictures) I highly recommend this company if you are looking to save thousands on your bathrooms.

I scheduled an appointment with Christian for bath resurfacing at which point he gave me the price. Today I called to confirm the appointment and he increased the price. When I questioned the extra charges he said that he has decided to cancel and not do the job. Quality of work and professionalism are difficult to find. If this is the example of their future work I am happy to have someone else perform the work. I ask questions to assure myself that the quality of work performed and the materials used are up to the standard of quality in the industry.

I wasn’t sure if I would get the results I was hoping for but the technician, Luis, was absolutely awesome. He was prompt, polite and professional throughout the process. He worked efficiently and my tub and shower look 100% better than they did before. If you work with BathArt make sure you request Luis because I wouldn’t want anyone else to come out if I need this kind of service in the future. While he was working, he was considerate and he cleaned up afterwards. A big thank you to Luis and BathArt for a wonderful job.

I had my bathtub repaired and resurfaced and the final product is terrible. There are dried pools of the finish that are cracking after less than one week, there are jagged edges that scratch my feet, there is… a “mound” in the middle of the tub where finish was laid over foam without being sanded, and NO ONE will answer or return my calls about having this corrected.
I am incredibly disappointed in the lack of response and professionalism.

What an excellent refinishing job. Bathtub looks like new. Cleanup after the job complete was awesome. You wouldn’t even know there was a worker in the house. Felix is amazing, knows his work, very pleasant, and very friendly. I would recommend BathArt to anyone that wants a job well done. Manell, Christian and Thomas all very pleasant as well.
