Refinishing is the most economical and efficient way to revitalize your bathroom. Fixture replacement involves not only the cost of new fixtures, but also replacing the wall, tile, wallboard, tile floor and sub floor. Also, pipes and hardware which are damaged during the removal of the tub. Combined these can be very costly and time consuming.

Had this company glaze my bathtub a few years ago. Looked great but after a year a piece of glaze started peeling. I called them and they promptly came back and fixed it. 2 years later, another piece started peeling. I called multiple times and left a message but no response. I understand they can't cover their work forever, so I offered to pay for the repairs. Still no response. Very disappointed. I'm now stuck with an ugly bathtub. This is definitely a good short term solution but not a permanent one. Might wanna think of that before spending the money.
