I hope there work lasts. I paid them what they asked for. I have this weird feeling the job won't hold up. I contacted them last night and no response as of yet. I hope to increase this review once they call. Cross my fingers

I dealt with George a few years ago, bad attitude, bad quality work. Told me if I wanted it done right, I should have paid more.

Horribly unprofessional! The first appointment I waited home for they were no show saying I had the wrong day. Second appointment was this past Saturday at 10am. At 11:30 they finally called and said between 12-1. Two of us were home waiting with five yapping yorkies. At 1:40 I was called that they waited at my house for 10 minutes and I was a no show! They put a note on my door but NEVER rang the doorbell. I wasted two days before Christmas waiting and was having guests for Christmas. My doorbell was working fine, my dogs go crazy when it’s rung AND our cars were in the driveway.

Some pretty amazing work on my old tub in short order. I've not used it yet, but looks 1000 percent better. Easy to book an appointment and they arrived at my house on time and were very responsive in booking the appointment. I read the other review - not sure how it will wear, but the work they did to refinish was a great start.

I would have given more stars because the work was very nice, however I have been waiting for a patch kit for my showers for about 6 weeks. I have talked to them and sent pictures several times and still never received them. I was also disappointed to need the patch kit before anyone ever used the shower. I am supposed to have a 1 year warranty but when I called I was told they would send out the kit and no one offered to physically come and repair the damage. If I ever receive it I will amend this review but for the time being... no kit.
