We truly appreciated working with Thomas in our purchase of a CX-5. We have two other AWD SUV's and feel the driving experience of the CX-5 is superior. Also, Thomas was extremely knowledgeable on the Ins and outs of the car and we never felt pressured to buy the CX-5. It was by far the best experience we have ever had in working with a dealership. Just purchased a new 2021 CX-5 and couldn't be happier with it. Even though I walked in without an appointment, and the dealership was very busy, Jay immediately helped me and got me into the car to test drive. Jay patiently answered my questions, and explained every step of the process, what was required of me, and what I had to sign. We just purchased a new (to us) Mazda CX-5 and it was a great experience! Denise, the internet manager, was our first point of contact and she was very responsive and helpful. Then Thomas helped us with the test drive and completing the purchase. He was also very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. It was a pretty quick and painless process which is saying a lot because I enjoy purchasing a vehicle about as much as a visit to the dentist! I worked with Thomas on my new car purchase. He was straight-forward and not pushy. I went to Herzog-Meier because they don't have non-optional pre-installed addons that you have to pay for with the car (see "green package" from Gladstone). Additionally, he confirmed the inventory I was browsing online by sending me a picture of the car (2.5l Turbo Polymetal Grey Mazda3 Hatch) and scheduled a test drive for me that same week. The car is a dream so I obviously wanted to buy but was still wary of mark up on the price. I was happy to learn I'd just pay MSRP and processing fees

Though I wrote an earlier positive review about my sales experience, it turned out to be horrible. I wasn't going to write further, but then I had my service experience. Found out that at my 40,000 mile service they didn't even refill the windshield spray, though their paperwork said they did. Makes me wonder what else they said they did but did not do. I won't go back.

Friendly and helpful staff at the service department. I have brought my CX-5 in twice and had good experiences both times. The service advisor confirmed that everything on the final invoice was as I expected (which it was since he also did a good job talking me through it before the work was done). I was even able to borrow a loaner car for a short time while mine was being worked on. Scheduling online was super easy, and they sent me a text message when my vehicle was ready for pickup. I am happy to know my Mazda is in good hands here and will be coming back when it's oil change time

Great experience as always I bought my Mazda here back in 2020 the staff is always friendly and knowledgeable and will go out of their way to help. I brought my car in today for it's 15k mile service. Scott was my service advisor today and was amazing super nice and welcoming he went out of his way to apply a discount to my bill. Right now every penny saved helps.

Thought I left a review for them a while back, but saw that I didn't. While I can't speak for their sales department, since I bought mine elsewhere, what I can say is that their service department is 5 star!
Two times I had flat tires, from a nail, and they took me right in, gave me a rental and was texted it was ready to pick up by end of day.
Not to mention, I had gotten my first initial service done there and was floored as to how cordial and out of the way they went to help me.
Can't say enough good things about their service department other than it being 5 star!

I've never purchased a car in a dealership prior to this but Jay Jordan and the Herzog-Meier Mazda dealership made it a great experience ! It was fairly quick, easy, and I got a great deal on a great car ! After we signed, Jay made sure my car was detailed and that I got new tires, and even got me to keep an extra four snow tires that were on the car before ! Greg C. in service walked me thru the services that my car needed, explained things thoroughly, got me a loaner car while my car was being serviced and even found me am applicable coupon to apply to my bill. i've been looking for a new dealership bc i wasn't happy with the service at another dealership that i'd been going to for a few years. herzog meier wins my business and made me feel like they truly cared about me and my car! thank you Greg C for your professionalism and expert help!
