Dennis and his crew are top notch. I needed a windshield in my truck. They advised on what my insurance would cover, ordered the glass, and had it installed in no time. Not only was I able to get a factory replacement, but I can't tell that it was ever replaced...except for the fact that it's clearer. I highly recommend them!

EXTREMELY UNSATISFIED! Called to ask if they could fix the window problem on my 1993 Mustang Convertible (rear quarter windows fell off their tracks). Was told over the phone that they could fix it. Made appointment and brought car in. When I got there, I was greeted by the owner or manager who told me (very rudely) he didn't want to work on the car because of it's age. "I was told you could" I said. He said the woman answering the phone doesn't know these things and I'd rather not work on it. (thought to myself - then shouldn't she know???) Ok then, can you at least lubricate the door windows

We have been very impressed and pleased so far with our Premier Glass experience! Dennis and Tina have been very responsive over email which has allowed us all to limit the amount of back and forth that often happens. Dennis arrived when he said he would for our measuring and his pricing was competitive. I will update this review again once our glass is installed next week.
***UPDATE...glass was installed yesterday and as expected, the install was as smooth and professional as every other encounter we have had for this project. We will not hesitate to use Premier again and will recommend them

I use premier Glass many years ago for a simple chip repair. And needed them again today for another chip repair. And both times they were just so nice. We're able to take me right away both times, but certainly would appreciate that's not going to happen for everybody.

I recently bought a house in Epping and wanted to update the mirrors in the bathroom above the sinks but needed a very large mirror and didn't know who to contact (being new to Epping). I drove by Premier several times and thought to call them. They were extremely professional with their guidance on the phone and the installers were very courteous and professional on site. The price for the mirror was very reasonable too. I would highly recommend Premier Glass and Glazing.
