Devon Glass & Mirror

Very, very poor customer service. I called three times before I got a response and then it was via email asking me what type of glass, dimension's, etc.
I don't know the difference between seamed or polished edge, do you? I should have been called and an apology would have been sufficient. I wouldn't have left a negative review.
I then called Highland Park glass who took the measurements and gave me quick call back on two prices, regular glass and vintage glass. He also let me know he was the only one working and couldn't help me until the following day.

Amazing service! Dropped in for a small job on a cabinet drawer with a broken mirror face, the folks at Devon matched it exact with a newly cut piece of mirror! Fit perfect, wife was happy with her fixed cabinet!! Highly recommend this place!!

Do not go to this company. They don't take any safety covid precautions. No gloves no glasses . They do not care about your well-being... The lady's at the front desk are so un professional never got back to me for a quote. And may I add super rude . If I could give ZERO stars I would ! And I mean can this place get a makeover . The inside decor matches the outside . Really tacky ! Maybe the front ladies at the desk can get up and clean everything is dust. Like get a Clorox wipe. Yea don't go to this place people

I received a quote from Devon Glass for a shower enclosure for $1372. The wanted to come out and validate all measurement before starting the job. The sent me a revised quote for $2457 and said that the first quote was a ball park estimate.

I did want two notches cut in the glass vs cutting the newly installed marble, but $1085 more, crazy. The other estimates were charging $150 for the notches to be cut out. Needless to say, I went with another company.

I don't get the bad reviews. This place has been amazing, expedient, kind and patient and their work speaks for itself. Prices are very reasonable. My project is not finished but I got a massive mirror with several cut outs for my bathroom. I had to make several changes in the same order and they accommodated me efficiently and graciously. Will recommend and use again!!!

Turns out fixing a broken window is more pricey than I thought. But if you don't want to do it yourself, Devon Glass & Mirror is an excellent alternative. Fast, friendly, quality service, for the best price I could find.

A good place if you know what you need. Prices are a little high but it's a mom and pop.

My glass door was off kilt, the silicon was worn out and the weather seals were completely gone. This work was done by a different company only 6 months ago. These guys came in within 1 day of my call, did an incredible job, informed me of issues they saw and let me know which fixes they thought were going to be effective and which ones weren't going to be an actual problem. This is always a hallmark of a good company. When they let you know everything, but give you the break down of what you should do to maintain your home and what you don't need to do, this shows they aren't after

Very nice business. I came in to repair an antique mirror for my wife. The mirror was a unique thickness of 1/16". They found a piece that worked and didn't charge me. Can't get a better deal than that. "Happy wife, happy life" Thank you :-)

We were in a time crunch because we have family visiting and we only had 10 days left.
Emily was very helpful in educating us with the correct glass finish , color, thick , etc.... Even the owner Ruben came to the house to show us all different glass.
We finally picked a low iron glass, 1/2 inch , clear and with starfire coat, it looks amazing, we love it!

Both frameless , shower and tub doors for both bathrooms were perfectly installed and it was not a easy job.

Went in on Monday to get a piece and was told it would be ready the next day, it has been almost a week and I still don't get my glass piece.

By far one of the worst companies I have ever worked with. Ruben (who claims to be the owner of the company), came out to install a new glass on our business door and to fix an issue with the door not closing properly. We came to an agreement over the price (there was a trade involved). He replaced the glass, but didn't have the correct moldings with him. I've known him for about a year or so from one of our other businesses, so I didn't think that it would be a problem, so I told him not to worry about it, he can take care of the moldings and the issue with the door not closing

CREDIT WHERE CREDIT IS DUE. Devon Glass delivered a premium sliding glass shower system to my residence. Admitting that I am a knowledgeable perfectionist and control freak, the installation had a few hiccoughs, but all ended very well. But, wait, there's more. When the door required adjustment after six months, I called them up. They were over to my place in one hour! For standing behind their work and responding quickly, they deserve five stars.

Emilia was such an awesome help. I had contacted a previous vendor to come out to our facility to replace a broken front store window. The previous vendor never showed up till the next day. Not only that they switched the time twice!!!

Emilia was so wonderful with giving me quotes and letting me know they will be able to follow thru just in case. This place deserves more than just 5 stars. I will be using Devon Glass & Mirror in the future FOR SURE!!!

I am having THE WORST experience here with these people. Yesterday, I had a really simple job of installing a mirror into a door frame in the bathroom. All they had to do was remove the existing mirror and replace it with a new one. Easy right? Or so I thought...

At first, they were really accommodating and was able to get me a same-day appointment. Wow, great. 2 guys came in a timely manner.

I was more than okay to overlook the fact that they came into my house with big huge work boots and proceeded to step all over my white bathroom mat. I'm Korean and I don't wear shoes in

Ok, the windows are all installed. Windows were actually installed about a week after my last updated review, but I've just been so sick of hearing/talking about it, that I wanted to puke at any mention of this place. So here it is, short but definitely NOT sweet.
They look GREAT. Everything is put together, and the unit is ready to rent out, BUT I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS PLACE AGAIN.
