LA Railings is clearly the best at what they do. I have been trying to get a glass staircase but I could not fond anyone locally that could or would take on the project. One call to LA Railings was sll it took. I called on Friday and thry showed ip on Monday to take all the tricky measurements and scheduled the installation just over a week later. They showed up on time and when completed, I was in awe how perfecr everything was and no mess! They even ean up afterwards and then asks for you to go over everything. These guys are good! The Team at LA Railings is first rate!. We had a complicated suspended staircase that required many visits and consultations to get right, as well as multiple deck and balcony glass railings. This firm worked with us over many months and stayed in touch, always willing to pivot with our ever-changing timeline. We are extremely happy with our railings and visitors to our home always comment on our "stunning" glass.

These guys just don't know when to stop.

Why would I make up a bad review? What do I possibly have to gain by doing so? I called you guys, you did what you did, and now instead of learning from your bad review, you want to argue it.

This attitude is why we had the problem in the first place.

You can always tell a company with bad leadership and bad business practices by how they handle something as simple as a bad review.

There really are only 3 options.

1) Attempt to fix whatever the problem is. This is arguably the best way, but requires the business owner to actually understand

I haven't left a review like this in many years, but I honestly feel a responsibility to warn people about this company and the unbelievably sub-par service they provide.

I hired LA Railings to fabricate and install a wrought iron railing in my home. After waiting weeks for their employees to come take measurements, I was informed it would be another several weeks because the (one) fabricator they have to make these type of railings had COVID. Of course I was happy LA Railings notified me of this, as I would never want to put myself or my family at risk.

I was looking around for a glass railing, to protect our 2 year old from slipping in between the spaces of our staircase and found this LA Railings in website. I called and talk to Clayton and emailed the details. He was very helpful and prompt in answering all our questions and gave us detailed information. Just called to get an estimate, I was told that they'll give me an estimate over the phone and if I agree on the price they'll do measurements on site for which they will charge me.... who charges for an on site measurements... railings is something that has to be measured and options explained. I was told that the charge for the measurements will be deducted from the total cost. Unbelievable. I'm not going to pay for an estimate/measurements. Seems like this is poor business management. I'll take my business elsewhere

We just had a beautiful glass fence installed for our pool by LA Railings. They were more reasonably priced than 4 other companies I contacted and their communication was superb, as was their workmanship. They did an amazing job, even in the height of the Covid crisis. I can't say enough good things about their professional, work ethic, courtesy and price. They came on time as well and are very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

We are very happy with our modern glass railings that changed the look and feel of the house and definitely increased the value. Quality work by Sharam and his team, who were able to come up with a creative and price-sensible way of working with our curved staircase without charging us an arm and a leg. It was a pleasure working with Sharam and Clayton. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again if other projects come up in the future.

LA Railings is an outstanding company! We contacted LA Railings for an estimate for stainless steel cable railing for our home when shopping around.

Sharam was able to calculate a rough estimate based on measurements we gave him over the phone. We also scheduled an in-home estimate (where all measurements were taken) for later that same week. This company has samples you can view in-person in their showroom, which is huge because you can visualize exactly what will be in your home. They also have wood samples if you would like a wooden top rail.

I'm very thankful to LA Railings for all of their help. We needed to have the railing around the outside of our house replaced badly. It had been there for years even before we bought the house and had a ton of weather damage. As we're thinking about starting a family soon we knew that it wouldn't be safe. Not only did they have a great selection of products to chose from but they did a great installation for us. We had an eyesore wrought iron railing in our master bedroom for years before we finally got around to replacing it. We were lucky to find LA Railing. I was referred to this company from my friend. I have two kids and wanted glass railings that would be nice and safe to put around my pool. The gentlemen that I called was very helpful and professional. He gave me many options and he explained to me how it works. I'm very happy with my choice. We hired this company to create an elegant stainless and glass staircase. We had been shown lovely pictures of staircases he told us he had built. The final result was a shock for us to see and we were devastated with every facet of it. It looked nothing like the pictures and were missing parts we had requested. It was not just unsightly but also unsafe. The entire staircase moved as you walked down. We had to remove the staircase as well as carpet on our stairs they had damaged. Not only the work and materials are outstanding, but the customer service and how friendly and accommodating everybody is great!
They did a 14 step stair cable railing with a wooden handle and it looks incredible! We couldn't be happier with te result.

Found the perfect large scale planter for two trees there. We've been looking for a while but couldn't find anything contemporary and nice that did not look like it belongs in an office park. Service was great and friendly and price was lower than what we had seen for similar size planters. This place is a great find.

Omg I finally found the most awesome place for large concrete fiberglass pots! I can pick them up and they aren't going to crack like my teracottas- super cool designs and amazing prices- so happy- totally worth the drive from the valley!
