Absolutely terrible, they told me my mirror would be ready same day or next day, I came in on a Tues with a sample and they said it'll be ready by Friday. On Friday morning I call they tell me they tried to cut it twice and they broke it TWICE, why am I finding this out now? They offered nothing to make it right. How hard is it to cut glass it is after all what these people do, why do you need more than 3 days? Why do I have to call you to find this out? I expectyyou to put a rush on it now I have tell my customer their install will be delayed now. Why does my business have to suffer because of

Service is poor. Made numerous phone calls and dropped by shop 3 times for mirrors and shelving for my wet bar. Always make appointments to meet or at least call but they flake. Seems new owner Vahe is unorganized. I have given so much business to former owner Greg. Terrible experience. Doubt I'll ever use them again.
