I called Mason A/C when our AC had stopped working and they were at our home to fix it within the hour! They had it up and running quickly and we were super impressed with their responsiveness and quality of service. They even called back later that day to make sure everything was still up and running. I can't say enough good about these guys! We needed an HVAC system QUICK! I called 3 different companies and these guys were almost $2K cheaper for a new unit than anyone else!! Not only that, it was installed in less than 48 hours. Use these guys!

DO NOT GO. GO TO ARCTIC AIR INSTEAD. They’re a bunch of con artists and very unprofessional. I was quoted to replace a unit, and when they came to replace it, they installed a lesser quality unit. The quoted price was paid for and when they deemed it insufficient, instead of trying to work it out, they illegally trespassed into our gated community without permission and removed the unit in the middle of quarantine. They didn’t return the unit they replaced and when asked about it they said, “it’s in the junk yard. If you want it, come get it”. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy

Dishonest and unprofessional! Installed a different unit then I asked for without me knowing. I complained but they were not willing to respond. They cam out and removed the outside unit without even letting me know until after the fact!

I have used Mason’s AC for several years now and only had the best service ever. Three years ago I called Mason’s for a quote on the AC unit, David worked with me to give me a great price. He installed a great product and services the unit for me. I just bought another place in April, I called Mason’s again to check the unit and to make sure I was good to go. David went that day and gave me an excellent service. His prices are reasonable and he is quick to respond. It is very challenging to find fantastic customer service coupled with quality products and professionalism... My A/C unit went out on Friday night. First thing Saturday morning I called Mason's. David was very professional. He lives on the island and was here in less than an hour and had my rusted out capacitor and another part replaced in no time. Service charge is cheaper than I pay at home in my non-resort home town. Very satisfied!

Mason's has always come through for us with our heating and AC needs! While I was away for a long weekend, Sean Smith replaced our faulty outside unit, and I came in to a cool house with both AC units set to a perfect temperature setting! All of the folks at Mason's have excelled at being caring and capable! We are so grateful to have them keeping our home comfortable!

I have used Mason's since 2001 when they installed the central heat & air for my home that was built in 1870's. Today they came to do the winter service on the three units. Both servicemen were on time, polite, efficient and knowledgable. In over 15 years of working with Mason's, I have never been disappointed. Highly recommended.

Call him on a Saturday he showed up in tens minutes fixed a/c. Great service and would definitely recommend.

They charged twice the going rate for freon and when questioned I was told they gave me a break and could get $75.00 a pound all day long. Big rip off, I was not home at the time and my wife was shocked to know that our system of only one year needed 19 pounds. The one star is for showing up.

They should have a option for NO STARS! Called this place to get an ice machine fixed and still having issues. Not only did the technician tell me to buy the part, it still does not work. Called to get them to come out again and they tell me they already came out 2 times and they wont come out again. Waste of $180. Its not my fault your technicians cant solve the problem. Shouldn't have started working on it then! NEVER AGAIN.
