When he met with us, he did a complete evaluation of our A/C and duct-work system. At that point, he asked us what our expectations were and then suggested a couple solutions. Shortly after our meeting, we received his detailed proposal with several affordable options and even a few extras, like UV lighting for HVAC systems and different filters

The service I received was very good, I liked the tech who came to my house. Unfortunately, the company failed to fill out the warranty claim even though it was under warranty and even though I sent the information to the young lady at the front desk. She said that because the person who serviced the AC didn't save the part they wouldn't fill out the warranty information, ultimately costing me more money than necessary.
The money wasn't that much but wasting my time to call them multiple times and digging up the warranty information for them, very frustrating. I wish this would have ended better
