This company is just the absolute best. They actually call you back when you leave a voicemail and very quickly at that. They are respectful, professional, honest, and all around a great company to work with here in Jacksonville. Trey came out to service our AC system and he was quick, thorough, and let me know exactly what he did. ChillTech has replaced both of our AC units (upstairs and downstairs), done repair work when needed, and added insulation to our attic. We're never disappointed! They beat out competitor prices, conduct themselves professionally, and do an incredible job! Our home is over a century old and can be difficult to maneuver around. ChillTech always does exceptional work, even given the obstacles our home inevitably comes with.

Called because our heat stopped working. A nice and very helpful tech picked up and quickly scheduled an appointment for in the morning. They came out and found the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable price without trying to upsell us! This whole experience was great! I've dealt with companies that try to upsell and scare us into more services so this was an amazing experience and I'll be sure to call them! Would give 10 stars, but there is only a 5 star option.

We recently had some issues with our units. We had used Chill Tech one other time for a minor issue. I called and they were able to come out the following day to do an inspection. We choose to have one of the units replaced. They scheduled us for the next day! due to the rain they couldnt come out that day. they offered to bring us out portable ac units. They completed the work and it has been great. For the first time I believe our house has been able to be at regulated temps. I really appreciated all they did and tried to help make us comfortable. I am grateful to finally have an AC company I

Beyond impressed with this company. They installed a mini-split system in my Florida Room. It’s so hard to find people this professional and fairly priced. They explained their processes asked me for my input before getting started. They cleaned up once they were done and even helped me set up my warranty. The unit works great and the Florida room has never felt better. We will be calling them when our main unit needs replaced. Great work guys!🙌🏼❄️

Great communication, showed up on time, did a great job servicing the ac units and doing the repairs and price was very fair for the work they did. Had another small issue a month later and I called, they were out the next day and took very good care of us. They are my ac company now. Great service, reliable and a company i can trust.
