We had been without a/c for over a week until last night when Tom came out yesterday afternoon when we called him last minute. He was prompt and arrived quickly even without it being scheduled. We had three different a/c companies come out and look at it and they all told us parts were not available for three weeks. Tom came out last night and had the part and when he found another issue instead of leaving us without air he came up with a resolution and he fixed it!! We finally have air after a week because of Tom! He works and thinks outside the box, he found all the necessary tools and parts

Our AC stopped working in the evening and the technician came all the way out from Georgia and was able to tell us that changing the batteries on the thermostat was the issue and charged us NOTHING... amazing and amazingly honest ... god bless 2 thumbs up!! Still good people left on earth 🙏

These folks went above and beyond! Exceptional service and just awesome people. Our AC/heat package unit quit running right. They came first thing in the morning, only to find one of the condenser fan blades had come apart inside the unit and killed the motor (miraculously, the coil survived). We live an hour from Jacksonville, and they made a round trip back into Jacksonville to get a new fan and motor (it's a 10-year old unit), came back the same day and worked into the evening to get it back up and running... because they knew it was going to get cold tonight. Thank you Tom and Cinthia!!! Very
