First install of 3 units was ok but thermostat on one of the units kept shutting off. Turns out drainage line of that unit was installed raisimg Up! Company refused to take responsibility and requested an additional $600 to rectify their installation. What a joke!
Second install took place 2 wejeks ago. First we got a grossly inflated estimate that did not reflect their on going advertising. Only after i complained they followed up with a second estimate significantly lower.
Sorry, that is NOT how you do business.
I would stay away from this company and will never use them again.

Elite Air Conditioning recently replaced my entire heating and cooling system in my home. They gave me a time slot for the installation and arrived promptly during the time frame and gave me a courtesy call to let me know they would arrive within 30 minutes. The removal of the old unit was done with great care, and they made sure to have a clear path so none of my furniture was damaged during removal. The installation of the new unit was done in under 3 hours. After the installation both D.J. and Jay made certain that any and all installation materials were removed, and the work area was left clean

I read your ad in money pages and it was considerably less than several other A/C companies that I called. I scheduled a service and got a date for two days later. Victor and Jay arrive on time and got right to work. I was very impressed by how polite and hard working they both were. They cleaned all the ducts and vents, showed me the camera pictures and explained what they did and Victor suggested some other improvements that I am considering. I am very happy that I called on that ad.

Are use them in my home they did a great job in putting it in my house I bought a condo and redid it this year 2021 and I thought that I was getting the same quality of work the same quality unit time to find out a half not my first unit they put in they dropped it they said at the warehouse they put it in and left it there until I figured it out that it was crooked and the filter wouldn’t fit in then they replaced it with a unit that made all kinds of noise They have been out for five times now each time they figured out a new way to Jimmy the unit I have pictures to show you and sounds talk

I called Elite AC when I discovered that my heat was not working. Although not an emergency they were able to quickly schedule an appointment. Mark called 30 minutes before arriving as Elite had promised and was able to quickly diagnose and repair the problem.

Really enjoyed working with this company. From getting the initial quote to the finished job, they were very professional and courteous. Jordan Bailey and Daniel Johnson did our install and they were fantastic. On time, professional, good natured and very knowledgable. Got us set up with whole new system in no time. Even gave us good tips on keeping the water lines clean. Highly recommend you go with this company and when you do, ask for the dynamic duo of Mr. Johnson and Mr. Bailey. Their install game is "on point" (do the kids still say "on point"?). Only reason we gave Elite AC a "5 star" is

Victor & his partner did an amazing job cleaning my air ducts. The price was reasonable and they performed the services exactly as they were advertised. I didn’t know how bad I needed cleaning until I hired them. They went above and beyond to make sure they didn’t miss any part of home. Excellent service and value!
