We called when our A/C decided to kick heat out. Jacob himself answered. We were leaving for the weekend, so he offered to come Monday. The first available was 3 pm. I asked if there was anything earlier, since we are a medical office and seeing patients and the weather is unseasonably warm. They came out on Monday morning at 8 am! And we are sitting happily in air conditioning! I have referred numerous people to this business and every single one has let me know how happy they are! Can't say enough good things about this company! Extremely professional and knowledgeable, always a pleasure working with anyone they send out. We live in an old home with an EXTREMELY small crawl space for an attic and they were able to install 3 new dampers without having to put holes in our ceiling! Willman air will always be our first call for any AC needs.

The owner of the company, Jacob, came out to my home to give me an estimate. He was very professional and polite. He took time to listen at what my issues were with my AC unit. He checked the unit out and told me specifically what I needed to replace it. Once he returned to his office, he emailed me the estimates as promised. The prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend Willman Air for your AC repairs and installation. No high pressure salesman at all, very caring and understanding. They truly care about their customers.

We had Willman Air install a new Trane AC/HEATING unit for us. We chose them because of their five star rating and could not have been happier with the work they performed. They showed up on time, had everything they needed, laid down protective covering on everything that they would come in contact with and proceeded to do a first class professional job both on the inside as well as the outside. We had a bad experience with another company that came out and left us with a unit that still wasn’t working. The technician left the outside unit with the cover off and took the bolts. However, we called Willman Air and Jacob was very responsive. He had Brendan out the same day, and he quickly diagnosed the issue. We had our new A/C installed today. I highly recommend Willman Air, they are very professional, timely, and provide excellent customer service

Our AC wasn’t working properly so I called Willman. They were very fast to get back to me and were able to come check my system the same day. Our fan and capacitor needed to be replaced and it was done quickly for us as he had all the parts with him. Super fast, friendly and professional service. I would definitely highly recommend them.

As a follow up to an earlier review, the troubles continued with the 5 year old air handler. It held up for about three months and started to drip water again. While it probably could have been repaired I opted for a new air handler as I was dealing with the old one several times a year and I didn't want to deal with it anymore. The previous installer finally gave up and was no help. The install was a bit harder than anticipated due to the confined location but the guys installing it did a fantastic job. However there was a faulty part in the new unit and it was too late to get one. Jacob

First experience with Willman was very positive. From making an appointment inside 24 hours for HVAC service, to arriving on time and fixing my AC problem pleasantly and inexpensively. Patrick serviced my AC unit and clearly knew his trade. Honesty also came through as there was no attempt to sell unnecessary work. Willman is our new HVAC company in Ponte Vedra Beach where reliable air conditioning is a "must have". I will be hiring them for regular maintenance to avoid a summer melt down!

Everything about Jacob's visit was awesome! He was punctual, listened well to our concerns, explained in easy to understand detail what he recommended be done, and gave us good advice for maintaining our a/c after repairs were made. His visit was almost a year ago, and our a/c worked great all summer. We will be calling him again soon to do a checkup on our system to make sure it's ready for this next one. I highly recommend!

After a botched AC service call from Oakleaf A/C where we found they installed an AC filter that was to large and caused water/condensation issues. (That's in another review). Jacob from Willman Air came out and corrected the problem. He was on time and very professional. A month later we had questions on the unit, he quickly responded and was able to clear everything up over the phone. Willman Air is now in my contact list as the go to AC guy. Thanks Jacob.

Jacob Willman is very personable and provides amazing service. Our AC went out and Jacob was able to come out very quickly. He diagnosed the problem and repaired the unit. He also offered to check the AC capacitors for free and showed that it was working properly.

I told him the problem he said he could be over by 2 pm
He actually made it earlier wow

These people saved my life!!!!! So Professionnel, prompt, and HONEST!!! Came at 6:30am the next day (would have come the day it happened... but my husband and I had plans, so he came early the next morning), assessed the problem, was cool with our dogs, and got it fixed. We received very fast and friendly service. He came to the house dressed professionally, he was respectful of our home and made sure not to track anything into the house, he worked cleanly and made sure to leave no mess, He was honest and professional and didnt try to upsell us on any unnecessary services.

I called in the middle of a freak out moment on a Sunday and Jacob was really nice while I attempted to calm down and tell him what was going on. My AC had been leaking for who knows how long and he told me what to do to keep everything under control until he came out.
He came to check on everything and get my AC working for the time being. He cleaned it up and did some troubleshooting. We also discovered it was a lot older than I knew! We talked about some units and my price range. We came up with a plan and Jake was great to call and check in on me.
