John will see you something, and when he is in your house, he is fine, but trying to get him there is a nightmare. He not only does not follow a four hour window policy, but he will wait until the end of the day and call you and tell you that you have to call him the following week to figure something out again

You have been warned. The owner, John Notch, is just not very customer focused. He sold us a valor fireplace. He tried to tell us that he had to install it. When we experienced the level of presales customer service we knew installation and post sale would be horrendous so we decided to have someone else install it. First off, he neglected to tell us all the parts we needed to buy to install the fireplace. When the fireplace arrived all the parts that were missing prevented the installation. We told him we wanted the linear heat defuser and he sold us the wrong one then made us rebay the one we

I am having to file a BBB complaint to get even the simplest of damaged parts replaced. The customer support leaves a lot to be desired. The resulting fireplace is beautiful but doesn't heat as well as advertised plus with the damaged safety grill it's terrifying to turn on when my children are around. The last thing I want is my beautiful little girl to end up with 2nd or 3rd degree burns because the safety grill was defective and the place that sold it to me was couldn't be bothered to help us replace it.
