Services
Gas and wood burning inserts can be placed in an existing wood burning fireplace to provide your home with an efficient heating source. Electric inserts offer a great solution for homes that don't have the ability to install a gas line or are great for people who are interested in creating a captivating fire-like feature while still offering a small amount of heat for any room.
Many of our traditional wood burning and direct vent gas fireplaces provide flexible venting options that allow for the vent to not only go up through the roof but also through an external wall. An electric fireplace requires no venting and is a great solution when a traditional fireplace just can't work.
We carry a wide selection of beautiful wood and natural stone fireplace mantels. Fireplace mantels can also be custom made to different architectural styles, sizes, and finishes. We also sell fireplace mantel shelves that can create a simple enhancement to a fireplace, and allow a decorative trim to an area that may be restricted.
All of our installations are performed "in-house" by our on staff installers. Our installing technicians are trained for the installation of wood and gas hearth appliances, chimney sweeping and inspection, and flue relining and restoration. We also employ a trained and certified mason for masonry construction and repairs.

Called to have one of my electronic fireplace igniters fixed. We have three in our home installed by ABA. They have no record of the installation and told us it would be $300 for a service call plus parts to fix it, absolutely ridiculous plus the lady how to be a new employee, or just didn’t know how to work with customers.

Horrible Service Experience
We purchased a fireplace insert from ABA five years ago. Our fireplace insert was installed by our own contractor (who was replacing the stone tiles around the fireplace). We used the unit twice shortly after installation and it worked properly. Because our children were passing through the toddler phase, we didn't use the fireplace for the last 5 years because we were worried that our children might touch the hot glass.We tried to use the fireplace at the end of November and it was not functioning. We changed the batteries in the remote and the ignition

Bad customer service. We purchased an insert about 8 years ago and tried to get it serviced but ABA had no record of installing it. We weren't even interested in warranty work just wanted to get our Regency up and running before the winter. The Energy house in San Carlos was able to help - i would recommend going to any other place but ABA - incredibly unhelpful.

They are very professional if you are looking for a fireplace insert this is the place the staff is very professional and they will help you find the best inserts that suits your needs. I was looking for somebody to work on my fireplace insert and they recommended Dale Plumbing. Dale did a great job thank you guys
