Elite Fireplace Service and Repair is a company with many years of experience behind it. Its owner, Anthony Fruciano, Jr., has been working in the fireplace industry for over 11 years. His career began when he started working for a fireplace installation company performing service and installs. From there, he moved to a local fireplace and BBQ store and was a sales and service technician for 9 years.
Comments: Anthony was extremely professional and customer service oriented. He was not satisfied with the first part that came in, so he re-ordered the part and came back out to replace it once he was satisfied with the quality. Outstanding job. I will definitely call him again if my fireplace needs repairing again.

Absolutely love and appreciate the service we received! I wish I took before pictures of our fireplace to post but it looks beautiful, as if I could eat out of it! We recently purchased our home and it needed a total clean and inspection. They even fixed the mesh screen at no extra cost! They didn’t try to upsell us and didn’t take longer than necessary. Elite is the only fireplace repair shop that is truly independent that doesn't try to sell you a $7k+ new solution when your current fireplace just needs a small service or repair. We had two fireplace retailers tell us that our 14 year old gas fireplace was beyond repair, but Anthony at Elite serviced it for $150 and it works great again. The entire experience was extremely professional...clean uniforms, clean dust tarps and equipment, polite and responsive scheduling of appointment, on time as promised service, and honest advice. Overall a great experience.

Elite Fireplace Service and Repair is one of the very best businesses with which I've worked. It was easy to get an appointment. Anthony, the repair technician, was on time. He was very professional. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. He quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem with my gas fireplace. He replaced the thermopile. He did a superlative job.
