As owner of Awning Solutions, Inc, I am committed to excellence. It's has been a dream and goal to own and operate an awning company where I can apply what I've learned over last 24 years in the trade with our clients and employees. Ran the family produce farm in Hebron Indiana, a small town south of Chicago Illinois.
If requested, we will provide a design example so you can preview and approve the awning style. Many times the an existing awning is simply in need of new fabric or a change of color or perhaps a new more weather resistant fabric will restore an old awning to new condition. We measure your old awning and recommend refurbishing or replacement depending on the condition of the framework.
A: A fixed awning is a welded galvanized steel or aluminum tubing which is permanent and does not retract. Usually customized to fit your particular application. A: Awnings can substantially save you on air conditioning costs and lower room temperature up to 5 degrees. A: Sunbrella, Recacril, Dickson and most, but not all fabrics are guaranteed not to fade more than 1% in 5 years.

Manny was awesome!!! We hired him based on work he did for a friend of ours. When he came to our home, we told him what we wanted. Manny made excellent suggestions regarding the design, color, overall effect, etc...He created a MASTERPIECE of a patio cover at our home. His crew was professional and meticulous. Their work was excellent. We are already planning a second outdoor area of our home that will require a patio cover in the future, and we will definitely hire Manny again.

Second to none! The quality of the awnings, with the styles they have to choose from are unbelievable. Priced out a few other companies, but they all had the same old stuff for such a high price. I have been looking for a custom awning that would add curb appeal but prices were out of my range. With this company I was finally able to get a custom awning at a reasonable price and most importantly the service was great ! They came in took measurements discussed all the details with me and my husband and when the awning was ready they installed it while we were at work (per our request).

We hired Awning Solutions to replace our awning cover that wore out after 6 years. Manny (the owner), came out and was very pleasant and informative. Measurements were taken and a pattern selected. The installation crew were also cordial and efficient, replacing the awning cover in less than 20 minutes. After the installers left, I noticed that the awning canvas did not extend the full length of the awning, it was approximately an inch short on one side. I called Manny and sent him some photos, he acknowledged the error and said he would replace the cover, and give us a discount. That's great

Manny, owner of Awning Solutions took on our job of recovering a cabana bar that had a canvas top. He put on seamed metal awning and it looks awesome! He is honest, very attentive to detail and wouldn't quit until he was totally satisfied. We were totally satisfied too! all the others I called wanted to tear off the roof frame and start over, but Manny accepted the challenge and solved a major problem for us. Got a tough job? We hired Awning Solutions to provide our backyard with five "privacy" sails, to construct six patio furniture covers and to construct a long, complicated BBQ and outdoor kitchen countertop cover. The sails were strongly anchored and were placed exactly where we needed them to hide the unsightly power lines in a crowded area in Pacific Beach. Making the BBQ cover was a difficult project; but, Manny and his crew made it to fit the countertop with sink and grill. The outdoor furniture covers were all matched for pattern. Wish I could have something to base my one star off but unfortunately I was never giving the opportunity. I requested a quote for some commercial awning repair or replacement. The owner called me and seemed nice and told me he would have a quote for me by Tuesday or Wednesday. Well when Thursday came around I never recieved a update or call so I Decided to call myself and was told he would call me back as soon as he was back in the office. Well I never recieved that call. I never heard back from them after Manny came out to my house to give me an estimate for awnings. He measured, showed me samples and said that he would send me the estimate and pictures (on photo shop) with different colors. Since I heard nothing for a weak, I sent an email, called his number and then called the office, where I was told that he would send the estimate that evening... Silence...disappointing. Don't want my business, I assume.

I found this company on Yelp and after reading the reviews sent an email asking for a bid to replace our awning that was damaged in a recent storm. I saw others mention in their reviews that they emailed in measurements to save the company some time from coming out to do the measurements themselves. That sounded reasonable, so I sent a photo of our damaged awning and my husband drew out the measurements.

We were looking for someone to come out and troubleshoot an awning that was stuck in the open position. Every place we found seemed more intent on selling us a new awning, or else they ignored us and never called back, but Manny was different. He came out with two guys, figured out the problem, and then only charged us $40 total for the service. I watched him give the two $20 bills to his guys and walk away with nothing for himself. If we decide to replace these awnings at some point, this will be the first phone call I make.

This company made and installed a large awning over some windows on the back of my houses few years ago. It looks great and they WERE very professional. Past tense. HOWEVER I now want another awning to match (or possibly 3) and I have left a few phone messages and a few emails and no one has answered the phone and I've gotten no reply at all. They can't even be bothered to call and say they are too busy. I am disappointed and the guy who originally helped me has left the company. I guess the job isn't big enough for them. When I remodeled my backyard on a budget a few years back I was looking to do a giant sail shade. Since I did 90% of the construction myself I needed people who were flexible and would only do specific portions of the job. The guys at Awning Solutions were by far the best fit after many, many bids. They welded the huge poles up for me and delivered them so I could drill and sink them myself. His sales person was on our site at precisely the agreed to time, thorough, and accurate. We had a quote almost immediately (vs. 4-5 days from some other well-known places).
In bringing our frames to their shop, Manny was very helpful in color selection, and agreed to repaint our frames to match the material (at no additional cost). This is exactly what a great small business does - they work with their customer in all aspects of the business.
And to top it off, the window shades were done 4 weeks earlier than other quotes, and the guys knowing the hot

Ariana & Manny listened to my situation, set up an appointment, came out the next work day, and my retractable awning was repaired & re-installed in 2 days.
