Services
We manufactured the awning frame from 1-square galvanized steel tubing, primed and painted to match the Sunbrella cover fabric which has a 10-year limited warranty. Then we hand-painted custom graphics, a 3-step process. We coordinated with the construction supervisor to ensure the awning was installed before Opening Day.
We manufactured the Patio Roll-Up Curtains from Terra Cotta Sunbrella cover fabric, which has a 10-year limited warranty. We installed 3 hold up straps per curtain to ensure the curtains are held tightly rolled up. The curtains were made with windows to allow customers to see out and still provide wind and weather protection.
We manufactured these awnings for a housing developer with brackets so the awnings could be removed and re-located with the trailers. The trailer arrangement was typically used to provide on-site Construction Management and separate Sales Offices. We used our custom graphics process on these awnings for life that rivals the 10 year Sunbrella fabric.
We used our Proprietary 3D Awning Software to provide the customer with a Proof of Concept page that they could get all involved to sign off on it before the build. Notice how the software generates appropriate shadows for Illustration purposes The custom graphics were included on the face for Corporate Identity.
