We recently purchased a home and the carpets we’re worn with tons of stains. We anticipate replacing the carpet in a few years, but knew we needed a good carpet cleaning to get us by until we were ready to replace. I called Beyer carpet cleaning and set up an appointment and I’m very glad I did. Andy showed up on time, and was very professional. He was efficient and worked hard trying to get every single stain out. There was one stain that was stubborn and wouldn’t come out but you don’t notice it nearly as much anymore. I used this service twice (once on our rental and once on our new home) and they do a great job! I have called both in far advance and within a couple days notice and they were able to accommodate us easily both times. Their animal spot treatment and odor removal was a godsent! The cleaner himself was very nice and personable. Pricing is fair, I would say even cheaper than some out there.

This was my first time using Beyer Carpet Cleaning! My clients carpet is very very old and dirty, it actually needs to be replaced. I was skeptical that I would see much of a difference with a cleaning. But I was pleasantly surprised how clean they got it! I was also impressed with their punctuality and responsiveness. I had to reschedule a few times due to complications with my move but they were very accommodating and understanding. Enrique came out to my house today and did a fantastic job. I had used Beyer Carpet cleaning about 3 years ago and they did a fantastic job then. I hadn't had my carpets done since then and needless to say that they were in desperate need of a clean. I had one room that needed pet treatment and it's a completely different room now. Enrique was kind, courteous, patient, and thorough. When I was vacuuming my house before the cleaning, my vacuum cleaner stopped working and I had to borrow my neighbor's. It put me behind schedule. I don't usually Yelp retail businesses, restaurants are my mainstay... however, Enrique from Beyer Carpet Cleaning did a phenomenal job.
We have 4 dogs with a cream-colored fabric couch with 2 accompanied chairs. That was my main purpose in calling Beyer, and they look new again! But here is what impressed me, on a Fiesta, Friday evening, he stayed until just after 8:30pm to complete the entire job (which also included 16 patio cushions) done properly!

This is the worse carpet cleaning in San Antonio Texas. Please DO NOT call this people, Adam the technician is a lazy person that don't know what's he's doing, and when you ask him for a question he tries to avoid them, he left my carpet more dirty then it was. I call to the owner JOSEPH to give him my complaint, he is a totally uneducated person very rude. DON'T CALL THIS PEOPLE FOR SERVICE!!! I only giving you one star because that is the only way that I can leave my review.

Great Company to work with. Eli has been out to our house twice now. He is on time and very professional. He definitely has experience with what he is doing. Never tries to up charge for anything which has been my experience in the past with other cleaners. Great price too for a large house. Would definitely recommend giving these guys a chance.

Adam cleaned my carpet today and I am very pleased with the service from the receptionist when I called to the tech. They have the best equipment and carpet dried completely in abt 4 hours. I saw a review that didn't like giving their credit card, that's to prevent people from changing their mind. I totally understand. They have to pay and coordinate people.

Tried to schedule an appointment but changed my mind after to speaking to rep. They are a small company and wanted my credit card over the phone so that if I made a last minute change to my appointment, they could charge me $99. I found that policy to be ridiculous and decided to go with a better know company for the same price.
