Ace Foundation Repair came out for a quote on a pier and beam house for a family member, and were extremely professional and honest. They informed me that, while the subflooring was rotting and needs replacing, the foundation itself was in good shape. They suggested I hire a carpenter or general contractor as it would be less expensive. So while they did not do any actual work on the home, I recommend them for their honesty and professionalism.
