Granite Foundation is an outstanding foundation repair service. A few years ago we had a few foundation repair companies come out to see if we needed repairs. They all said we needed major repairs at great expense. Granite Foundation came out and said that at that time the did not find sufficient movement to warrant any repairs. So when we noticed some sticking doors we aske another outfit to come out. Again, they wanted to do major work at high cost. Granite came out and said only one area needed work. They put down the necessary supports at a reasonable price. Their team was very professional

Considering an extensive foundation repair is expensive and not at all convenient, Granite Foundation Repair made the entire process as convenient and easy on the wallet as possible. Everyday they showed up on time and immediately began working. Each member of the company that I personally worked with or had correspondence with was professional, responsive, and very helpful. Hands down! The best! Very professional both office staff and field Management (crew).. Stands behind their work and word! Very informative from start to finish and that goes for the warranty after a few years!! Out of 5 other companies that tried to figure out what and how my slab had moved (SUNK) in the middle of my house, Granite was the only one that figured it out and fixed it! Others were dumb founded and gave up. Granite made it their mission to figure it out and did NOT stop until they figured it out!!! Integrity and Perseverance is GRANITE!!!

When you hear those four dreaded words "You need foundation repair" it's hard to know where to start. Granite was recommended by the engineer I had evaluate our house and I am SO thankful! The whole experience, from the consultation/bid through to finalizing, was fantastic. It was as hands off as something like this can be, with an amiable and timely crew and, when they left? Almost like they had never been there - the pictures below are taken two days apart. I know it's hard to believe, but it's true!

I would definitely hire Granite Foundation for future projects. They charge a little more than another place might but quality is always worth it and they do guarantee their work. The people that work at this company do a great job and are honest. However, the plumbing company that comes out to verify there are no leaks after the foundation work has been done are a bunch of snakes. They were there for about an hour and charged me $500 dollars to run a camera down a pipe. They sent me the video, it's about 5 minutes long. Small 3 bedroom house. Their estimate was 13 grand! Anyway, my advice is hire
