Williamson Foundation Repair installs all 3 primary types of piers: Concrete Pressed Pilings, Drilled Concrete Piers, and Double- Walled Steel Piers. We only recommend the type of pier that will provide a long-term solution to your unique foundation problems, but we also try to provide the adequate solution at a reasonable price - we never "up-sell" the most expensive pier!
Services
We're glad and appreciative that you chose Williamson to install your drainage system! Just like rain gutters, drains must be clean and clear of debris in order to function properly. All drainage systems require periodic maintenance in order to maintain proper working conditions. This maintenance is NOT a part of our contract, warranty, or normal service.
One of the few companies that install all major pier types and will recommend the pier that best suites your foundation needs. We only recommend the type of pier that will provide a long-term solution to your unique foundation problems, but we also try to provide the adequate solution at a reasonable price - we never "up-sell" the most expensive pier!
You should always use the round, porous hose and not the flat hose with holes on top. The porous hose allows water to "ooze" out evenly along the length of even a very long section of hose, and allows you to turn the water valve on full without the concern of uneven water distribution. 2. The soaker hose should be placed approximately 8-12 away from the foundation - not right against the home.
Our soils are made up of @ 5 components. The most prevalent are Blue Marl (a type of clay), Black Gumbo (a very expansive and sticky clay), and Coliche (hardened calcium carbonate which binds these clays together). Because of our expansive clay soils, our foundations are always flexing and bending season after season, year after year.

I recently noticed some cracks in the walls of my home. So I scheduled several foundation companies to come out, evaluate my foundation and provide me with estimates for any work. Norman Seals from Williamson Foundation Repair showed up promptly for our appointment. Norman went immediately to work canvassing the exterior of the house, then came inside to take elevation readings and complete his assessment. Once completed, Norman sat down with me to explain his findings, and imagine my surprise and elation when he told me that he didn't believe any foundation work was needed at this time. Norman

What I like most about Williamson Foundation Repair is that they aren't just out to take your money. They educate their customers on how to properly water your foundation, and what the warning signs are to look for. They'll did a free evaluation for us and said we were fine.

Williamson Foundation came and worked leveling my house in March of 2015. They proceeded with the work, leveled the house and gave their “lifetime warranty” and charged me $10,500.00.
Around two years later the piers had failed to hold. I contacted Williamson and they returned and inspected the house and said 3 additional piers were needed on the southwest side of the house at an additional cost of $1,380.00. That area of the house had no problems. I realized however, that they wouldn’t return to fix the east side of the house without paying the additional money so I agreed to the proposal

Williamson Foundation was professional, the staff were all terrific from the first estimate to the office staff to the engineer. The crew who leveled / raised our back room were great! They worked efficiently, took care of the landscaping and sprinkler system, and were eager to have feedback and to make sure that we were happy with the job. Highly recommend them.

I can not recommend this company enough. Our house was build int 1968 and needed some foundation repairs. We had previously had a nightmare experience with a foundation company in DFW, so we waited years to try again. Williamson Foundation came recommended by a friend and had great reviews (rare for a foundation company), so I called them up. From the estimate (he wasn't pushy and he didn't use scare tactics) to the actual work (Elvis and crew were amazing), it was a top notch job. Our house had big breaks down the brick and they are no longer there! I can't believe it. Wish I would have discovered

Williamson Foundation Repair is a wonderful company to work with. They communicated very well. The workers were extremely polite, courteous and professional. They can be trusted and never tried to oversell us. Everyone who checked out our repairs raved that the company did an outstanding job. They had previously done work in another area more than 10 years ago and we were happy to discover that it looks the same as the day they did it. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing this type of repair.
