Eight years ago Affordable Foundation repaired my foundation. The results were fantastic! Cracks in the walls closed, windows that had been stuck became easy to open and close, and doors no longer swung open by themselves!! In the past six months I noticed the front of the house was sloping slightly toward the front and finally called Rob. He showed up the next day to acess and began work the following day. After two days the work was done! They had adjusted 14 piers and added a new one, all at NO CHARGE!!! I give him and his crew the highest recommendation!!

I needed a wing wall on my house raised and leveled, so I called Affordable Foundation. Rob answered the phone right away. He and his crew were at my home the next business day. After 5 estimates all saying differently we decided to bypass the salespeople and deal directly with the Affordable Foundation Repairs owner . He was on the jobsite from start to finish and explained to us what industry standards are pertaining to Foundation elevations and encouraged us not to spend more then necessary. Excellent workmanship and superior service still exists . Thank You Rob Rose and courteous crewmen for a wonderful experience. Rob won't take any money down which made us feel secure . I got an estimate from two different companies including AFR. The price difference was unbelievable AFR had much better prices, quality of work was amazing. I needed foundation work done quickly, but had really very little knowledge on the topic. I started with a couple of foundation companies in the Dallas area, but their estimates, plans, and costs were so expensive and far apart from each other I was at a loss. Fortunately, after several more estimates from different companies I got a hold of Rob with Affordable Foundation Repair.
